All prices mentioned are in Danish kroner and incl. 25% VAT and currently applicable taxes.

We reserve the right for out-of-stock items, typing errors, price changes without notice, tax changes and for price and currency changes coming from outside.

Isle of Møn Spirit uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Responsibility

Isle of Møn Spirits is not responsible for any delays from our carriers. Isle of Møn Spirits is subject to the applicable laws and regulations on product liability in Denmark and the EU at all times.

Delivery conditions

The item is delivered within three working days unless a later delivery date is agreed.

Right of return

If you find that the goods are missing/damaged, please contact us immediately.

A 14-day right of withdrawal is granted on various goods.

Please contact us before goods are returned, as we refer to the Consumer Contracts Act, chapter 3, §5, subsection 3 points 4, from which it appears that food/drinks are not covered by the right of return, which is why returns without prior agreement are not possible.

Right of complaint

The right of complaint is granted in accordance with to the Purchase Act, which means you have a 2-year right to complain.

However, it is a prerequisite that these errors or defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior that has led to the defect. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.

We reserve the right to remedy a defect/replace with an undamaged item rather than refund the purchase price. That is your item will be repaired, or you will be sent a new item as a replacement for the one being complained about, if your complaint is justified. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Goods are also returned to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing the item over personally to us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation or invoice.

Your information about name, address, telephone number, etc. is treated completely confidentially and is used to process your order. The information is never passed on to third parties. Legal requirements for business accounts mean that we have to store your personal data for five years, after which it is deleted.
